Step 3: Google does not know you exist
Verify in Search Console and submit your sitemap.
Step 4: There is not enough on the page
A homepage with one sentence gives Google nothing to rank.
Step 5: You are searching a very competitive term
Search your exact business name first. If that works, the site is indexed and this is a competition problem, not a technical one.
