We log anonymous usage signals — which tutorials get opened and what people search for — so we know which guides to write and update next. These logs are not tied to your identity and are never sold.
Where help requests go
When you submit a help request, it is stored in our database and emailed to PromptSites.com, the independent studio that handles paid work referred from this site. They contact you about your request only. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Cookies and analytics
We use your browser's session storage to remember which page you arrived from, so a help request carries useful context. If analytics is enabled, aggregate traffic measurement may set cookies. No advertising profiles are built from your visit.
Third parties
We rely on hosting, database and email delivery providers to run the site. They process data only to provide those services. We never sell or rent personal information.
Your choices
