Step 1: Open Marketing & SEO in your dashboard

Look for the SEO tools section.

Step 2: Start the Google verification

Wix offers a guided connection to Google Search Console. Follow it and sign into your Google account.

Step 3: Confirm the property

Choose the exact address of your live site, including whether it uses www.

Step 4: Submit your sitemap

In Search Console add yoursite.com/sitemap.xml. Wix generates this automatically.

Step 5: Check back in a week

Indexing is not instant. Use the Pages report to see what Google has accepted.

Tip: Use the URL inspection tool to request indexing for any important page that is missing.
