Wix has two editing environments. Following the wrong instructions is one of the most common reasons a tutorial does not match what you see on screen.

The standard Wix Editor

Drag elements anywhere on a fixed canvas.

Wix Studio

Responsive breakpoints instead of a separate mobile view.
CSS-style layout tools: grids, stacks and docking.
Aimed at agencies and designers.

Step 1: Work out which one you have

If the top bar has a monitor and phone toggle, you are in the standard editor. If it shows several screen-width breakpoints, you are in Studio.
